I just thought this scene was so adorable Sara and Orion made a promise to meet again, after she had defeated Mewtwo. They knew, when making that promise, that there was a high possibility they couldn't see each other again. After a long and hard battle, she finally sees him again, and just BOOM kisses him. Now Orion is blind and literally "did not see that coming".
